Terms of Service

Million Pixel Market sells digital pixels on a public board. Pixels are digital items for display, identity, messages, and future resale features. They are not financial products and do not guarantee any profit, resale value, traffic, visibility, or return.

You are responsible for the pixels, colors, usernames, and messages you submit. We may remove or restrict content that is abusive, illegal, hateful, misleading, spam, or otherwise harmful to the service or its users. If a pixel, message, color pattern, or account content is removed because it violates these rules, the related pixel purchase will not be refunded.

Wallet deposits are used to buy pixels inside the service. Deposits are processed by Stripe. Unspent wallet balance may be withdrawn when withdrawals are available, as long as the withdrawable balance is at least $10 and the request passes any required fraud, abuse, identity, payment, and compliance checks.

Pixel purchases are final once a pixel is written to the board. A purchased pixel cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong pixel or color, no longer want the pixel, or because the pixel is later removed for a content or policy violation. This does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Do not use the service to violate laws, attack the platform, bypass payment or ownership systems, scrape at abusive scale, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts or block activity that threatens the service.

The service is provided as-is. We will work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
